The first trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald will be released on Tuesday, March 13!

A teaser for the teaser shows the opening chapter of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, before revealing the new logo:

Pottermore and the various arms of the franchise also touted the new logo on Monday. The emblem had J.K. Rowling’s name in the old design, but it’s been replaced by wands of prominent characters in the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts series.

The wands form a “fanned-open” book, and the first “W” in “Wizarding World” includes the iconic lightning bolt. Amazing!

The nine wands from left to right: Voldemort, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, Albus Dumbledore (the Elder Wand), Newt Scamander, Tina Goldstein, Queenie Goldstein, and Gellert Grindelwald (his pre-Elder Wand wand).

Pottermore also confirmed that Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’s script will be published at the end of the year.

Hypable and MuggleCast will have coverage of the new Crimes of Grindelwald trailer beginning Tuesday. Stay tuned!

Editor’s note: Johnny Depp, who co-stars in this film, allegedly beat his ex-wife Amber Heard. These accusations were made by Heard and Depp’s former associates. J.K. Rowling responded to the controversy. Why are we telling you this?
