Capping off a week that included an announcement she’s writing a Fangirl spinoff, Rainbow Rowell has revealed a special edition of Fangirl.
The Fangirl special edition book will be available in three different colors — each of which will be available at a different outlet (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Indigo Chapters) when it’s published in May. In addition, the book will include fan art, a Q&A, and a selection from the Fangirl spinoff Carry On.
As you can see, the cover features larger drawings of the book’s lead characters Cath and Levi on the front, with the latter character promoting the spinoff Carry On in a chat bubble (oh, how far he’s come from when he first met Cath):

The new version of Fangirl will be available May 12, 2015, and the spinoff Carry On will hit store shelves October 2015.

But we know that Rowell is working on a screenplay for a potential book-to-film adaptation of Eleanor & Park, so a Fangirl film could happen one day. One… day.
