Take a look at this new, extended trailer for the upcoming third season of Game of Thrones! We see Brienne fighting a bear, Dany commanding an army and much more!
This is similar to the first trailer released, but you’ll see a lot of new scene snippets, including a scene between Tyrion and Cersei in which they are clearly in the middle of working out how to outwit each other. Ser Jorah claims that, “There’s a beast in every man, and it stirs when you put a sword in his hand,” and we see Daenerys commanding an army.
Jon tells someone (presumably Mance Rayder) that, “I only fight for the side that fights for the living. Did I come to the right place?” Brienne is shown in a pit with a bear, and one of Dany’s dragons is seen flying over a ship which sees them sailing off – somewhere. Back to Westeros, perhaps? Or onwards to new adventures.
Game of Thrones premieres Sunday, March 31 at 9/8c on HBO. The first episode is titled “Valar Dohaeris,” which is High Valyrian for “all men must serve.” But serve themselves, their families, or the realm? We shall soon find out!
