A plethora of critical pieces of the Original family’s history were revealed last Tuesday, but tomorrow night’s episode promises a battle of the ages. Klaus is mad, Rebekah is desperate, and Elijah is striving for peace when The Originals returns this week with “Farewell to Storyville.”
After much of the last episode was spent with the Original siblings moving independently to try and salvage their lives after Klaus’ discovery of Rebekah and Marcel’s greatest treachery, we can expect to see them all in close quarters this week.
Celeste trapped all the Originals in the cemetery before she was spelled back into her own bones for the rest of eternity, so this week, everyone will be facing their demons.
We are also very excited to have Davina back on the scene after she spent the better part of the last five episodes dead from the Harvest. She is surely not going to be very happy with her witch ancestors, and since Marcel was on scene when she awoke, hopefully he will have his great ally back in his corner.

TRAPPED IN THE CITY OF THE DEAD — Despite Klaus’ rage, Elijah is determined to protect Rebekah while the three of them are trapped in the City of the Dead cemetery by a witch’s boundary spell. Klaus and Rebekah trade bitter accusations until Elijah steps in to reveal a long-held secret from the family’s past. Meanwhile, Marcel races to free Rebekah, ultimately finding himself forced to make a deal with Genevieve. Finally, Rebekah and Hayley connect over their shared concern for Hayley’s unborn baby.
