The first trailer for Julia Louis-Dreyfus and the late James Gandolfini’s latest film, Enough Said, has just been released by Fox Searchlight. The film’s first poster has also been released.

Actor James Gandolfini passed away this past June at the age of 51, but his latest film, which co-starred Julia Louis-Dreyfus, was in post-production prior to his passing and now the trailer for Enough Said has been released.

As it’s still very fresh in fan’s minds about his passing, it’s somewhat bittersweet to see him in this rom-com, which actually looks quite funny. Julia Louis-Dreyfus hasn’t been in a film in quite some time, and it’s great to see her alongside Gandolfini and a couple of other great comedic actors.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus plays Eva, who is a single parent that meets Gandolfini’s character at a party and they end up striking up a relationship. Eva, a masseuse, later realizes that her new client is the ex-wife of Gandolfini’s character and she continues the relationship while using the information from the ex-wife.

The official synopsis for Enough Said:

A divorced and single parent, Eva (Julia Louis Dreyfus) spends her days enjoying work as a masseuse but dreading her daughter’s impending departure for college. She meets Albert (James Gandolfini)—a sweet, funny and like-minded man also facing an empty nest. As their romance quickly blossoms, Eva befriends Marianne (Catherine Keener), her new massage client. Marianne is a beautiful poet who seems “almost perfect” except for one prominent quality: she rags on her ex-husband way too much. Suddenly, Eva finds herself doubting her own relationship with Albert as she learns the truth about Marianne’s ex. ENOUGH SAID is a sharp, insightful comedy that humorously explores the mess that often comes with getting involved again.

Enough Said’s cast also includes actors Catherine Keener, Toni Collette, Ben Falcone, Eve Hewson, Tavi Gevinson, and Tracey Fairaway. The film will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival prior to its theatrical release on September 20.
