Variety has learned that Sofia Coppola (Lost in Translation) has tapped Emma Watson to star in her upcoming feature, The Bling Ring!
Not much about the project is known, although Variety has posted the following synopsis:
Inspired by real events, the film follows a group of teenagers who commit a string of celebrity burglaries.
We’re certainly eager to see Emma Watson branch out further! Does this sound like a suitable project for Ms. Watson?
