Eminem’s third music video for his latest album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, has arrived, and in it he becomes a rap god.

You can check out the music video for “Rap God” below:

This is one of Eminem’s most lyric-heavy songs, and we’re glad he decided to release it as a single and make a video for it.

The video shows Eminem hooked up to a machine as he becomes the rap god he talks about in the song. With various references to video games like Mario and Portal combined with the psychedelic TV announcer from the beginning, this is a fun music video for the song.

The ending is particularly satisfying, when we see Eminem elevate above everyone else as he speed raps his way through the final verses.

Eminem has released two other music videos from The Marshall Mathers LP 2, including ones for “Berzerk” and “Survival.” The latter of which is in conjunction with Call of Duty: Ghosts, and several clips of the game’s footage can be seen in the music video.

The rapper’s fourth single, “The Monster,” featuring Rihanna, will also be getting a music video treatment, as evidenced by the picture below, showing the two stars on set together. There’s no word when that one will be released online for viewing, but we’re guessing it’ll be sooner rather than later.

In the meantime, The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is available for purchase now. You can buy the deluxe version for an additional five songs, and if you keep an eye on Eminem’s official website, you may be able to pick up some limited edition merchandise as well.

He’s also performed “Berzerk” and “Survival” on Saturday Night Live, and has done an in-depth interview with BBC Radio 1 about his new album. You can watch the live performance of “Rap God” by visiting this link.
