Revenge‘s penultimate episode, “Plea,” airs tonight! We’ll find out if things settle down in time for the series finale.
We learned earlier this week that Revenge has been canceled and will not be returning for a season 6. While we’re upset about the decision, we are also a bit relieved. This season has been a whirlwind and hopefully they’ve ended the series with closure. The last few episodes have seemed to be doing just that.
We last left Revenge with Emily getting arrested — by Ben — for the murder of Victoria Grayson. She learned earlier in the episode that she had in fact committed suicide in Grayson Manor and left a note for Margaux.
After having Nolan help her out to exonerate Mason Treadwell (assumed to be dead by the public), Emily was actually framed with his help. We discovered that Victoria reached out to Mason in her final days for help to frame EmiManda for Victoria’s murder. He planted hair and blood samples in Emily’s beautiful Tesla. Once Ben found the evidence he had Emily in handcuffs in no time.
Earlier in the episode David came clean to his daughter about his cancer and they were planning to move on from it. Also, Nolan and his new boyfriend Tony broke up because Tony discovered his plan for adoption came a bit sooner than expected.
