A change is brewing on tonight’s all new Elementary season 3, episode 10. Watch a clip and preview “Seed Money” here!

Sherlock returned from London after eight months to find Joan working as a private detective and consultant for the NYPD. Her investigative skill set still needs some fine tuning, but Joan is able to hold her own without the presence of her former mentor. On tonight’s Elementary season 3, episode 10, “Seed Money,” Joan receives a formal job offer from a firm looking to safe guard their companies secrets. But how will this affect Sherlock and Kitty?

This week on ‘Elementary’

Sherlock and Joan work well as sounding boards for each other when it comes to linking horse racing to illegal drug cartels, finding out how a group of jurors broke into a vault, and examining road closures to stop a robbery. Joan’s new job offer may put a damper on that element of their partnership should she accept.

A few months ago, it was announced that Stuart Townsend would make an appearance as Joan’s new boss. Tonight Sherlock and Joan will tackle a case and weed out her decision to take on a more professional investigative position.

Synopsis: “While Kitty tries to find a runaway teen, Sherlock and Joan work a case in which the murder of a brilliant bioengineer looks to be at the hands of a drug cartel. Also, Joan makes a major life decision but worries it will impact Sherlock negatively, not knowing that Sherlock has big news of his own.”

In a clip from tonight’s episode Sherlock, Detective Bell, and Joan are brought in to examine an elderly couple found dead in their bed. The police report that brownstone in which they reside has no other tenants currently at home, but what they find in the basement proves otherwise.
