What could be worse than living next door to Sherlock Holmes and his experiments? Find out in the promo for Elementary season 3, episode 13.

Joan may be used to sleeping through Sherlock’s antics, but not everyone has reached that level of zen. From explosions and gun shots to trumpets and heavy metal music, Sherlock Holmes is not what we’d call an ideal neighbor on the block. As recent as Elementary season 4, episode 12, “A View with a Room,” Sherlock’s antics, in this case rearranging the furniture from his home on the roof, there does not seem to be an end to his antics in sight. No wonder his neighbor, guest star Richard Kind, decided to stay away.

In the promo for Elementary season 4, episode 13, “A Study in Charlotte,” Trent finds a way to inadvertently play dirty with his less than tolerable neighbors.

Think AirBNB, but for fans of Goat Whore. Sherlock’s knack for loud alarm clocks, bees on the roof, and shouting matches in various languages at all hours of the night are a lot for anyone to handle. Who could blame Trent for wanting a little peace and quiet? Some neighborly retaliation is all fun and games until someone’s house gets burned to the ground. All fingers point to Sherlock, but he insists he has nothing to do with the crime. But if Sherlock didn’t start the fire, who did?

Trent’s partying subletters are not Holmes and Watson’s only problem in “A Study in Charlotte.” When a botany professor and a few students are killed, Joan and Sherlock must find who sought to commit murder with poisoned mushrooms. Plus, Sherlock advances from handcuffs to… straightjackets?
