The biggest event of the gaming calendar begins tomorrow at the Los Angeles Convention Center. With so many announcements and press conferences expected over the next few days, we’ve put together a short timetable of important events at E3 2013.

We’ll be live blogging the four main press conferences at E3, including the two that everyone’s talking about: Microsoft’s and Sony’s. In these two press conferences we’ll get our first in-depth look at what lies ahead in the next generation of console gaming. We’ll finally get to see what the PlayStation 4 console looks like, plus we’ll learn whether Microsoft are able to draw gamers back in after the disappointing Xbox One reveal last month.

EA and Ubisoft will also use E3 as a platform to show off their upcoming releases. Will we see the announcement of Mirror’s Edge 2? Our first footage of The Sims 4?

Whilst perhaps wisely choosing not to hold a major press conference at E3, Nintendo will nevertheless be holding two events of its own: a Nintendo Direct show and a panel for Pokémon X/Y. It is unclear if Nintendo will be streaming the latter event.

Our live blogs for the streamed events will start half an hour before they begin.

The following times are in ET. Go here to check out the timings for where you are.

Monday June 10
12.30 pm – Microsoft: A New Generation of Games Revealed (official stream)
4 pm – EA Press Conference (official stream)
6 pm – Ubisoft Media Briefing (official YouTube stream)
9 pm – Sony: Playstation E3 2013 Press Conference (official stream)

Tuesday June 11
10 am – Nintendo Direct (official stream)
9 pm – Pokémon X/Y Panel (may not be streamed; recap only)

In addition to the live blog coverage, Hypable will post summaries of the main announcements during each event.

E3 continues until June 13, but the vast majority of the major gaming announcements will be made on June 10 and June 11.

In advance of the show, we’ve put together a list of the games we’re most looking forward to hearing about at E3 2013.

What are you excited to see at E3?
