Tonight on The Whispers, Drill makes moves to get the children of some incredibly prominent public figures positioned exactly as he needs.
After the pilot aired last week, we were all left with tons of questions, and even more concerns about what Drill has in store for the children and, most definitely, the planet.
This week’s episode shows Drill making moves toward his, unknown to us, ultimate goal. He has the children of all our main characters believing he’s their friend, and now we just have to sit back and hope that Claire Bennigan can figure out what is going on before it’s too late.
We also know that these characters have quite the history, what with Claire and Wes having some sort of affair after Sean’s death. There is no love lost between Lena and Claire, and we haven’t even seen them in the same scene yet.
Drill is building toward something big, and we can only hang on to our seats and hope that when we are finally let in on his big scheme, that someone is able to stop him before its too late.
Synopsis
The synopsis for tonight’s episode is as follows:
“While John Doe continues on his mysterious mission, Claire attempts to hold back his sketch from the other bureau offices while she investigates his identity on her own, Lena is aware and not too pleased that Wes has been speaking with Claire about a case, and Drill continues playing his dangerous game with Minx, Henry and Harper.”
Since we have a pretty good idea who John Doe is at this point, the greater mystery lies in how he knows what he knows, and whether or not he’ll be able to stop Drill.
