Don’t call him on his cell phone — he’s probably busy reading Harry Potter.

In a new Hollywood Reporter cover story, Drake “is eager to discuss” J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series, which he discovered four years ago. From the report:

For the past four years, he has been chasing a first edition of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, and it’s finally on the market for $160,000. “Yeah, I read them all,” he says of J.K. Rowling’s series, two tiny diamonds glinting from his front teeth as he breaks into a wide smile. I tell him I’m reading the series to my kids, and he immediately peppers me with questions, “What book are you on?” “Goblet of Fire,” I respond. “What part?” Then, as if to talk himself into the purchase, he says: “I should get it. My birthday’s coming up. Maybe I’ll buy it for myself as a treat.”

There was a hint of his love a few years ago when he Instagram’d himself as Draco (Drake-O?) Malfoy. Based on that caption, we’re thinking he’s a Slytherin.

THR didn’t push him further about his love, but now that it’s out there, we’re sure someone will get more details concerning this Harry Potter obsession in the near future.

The outlet did note that Drake is loaded, so we’re sure he’ll have no problem dropping $160k on that Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone that he’s wanted. Now, how can we become rich and do the same thing?
