Things are about to get more complicated on NBC’s Dracula. While Grayson continues to work towards his goals, Mina celebrates her engagement to Jonathan. Although Grayson is the one who told Jonathan that he was a fool if he let Mina go – that doesn’t mean he’s willing to back away either.
On top of working to gain power in the English business world, his personal experiments continue. Grayson will become even more obsessed with find a cure for his weakness against sunlight.
The synopsis for ‘Dracula’ season 1, episode 5 ‘The Devil’s Waltz’ is:
“Harker discovers that General Shaw is far from the heroic figure he presents to the public. Van Helsing’s first attempt at infusing a vampiric test-subject with his solar-serum is a disaster. Lord Davenport’s agents abduct and torture Renfield. Harker and Mina’s engagement party sets a stage for betrayal and contretemps when a single dance between Mina and Grayson unveils their true feelings.”
