In last week’s episode of Dracula, Grayson continued working on getting an antidote to allow vampires in the sunlight but gets annoyed at how long it’s taking. The Order of the Dragon puts Lady Jayne in charge of trying to find out which vampire has come to London. To try and get closer to Mina, Grayson offers Harker a job as his VP of Public Affairs.
Grayson also ends up giving Mina advice that helps her pass her final exams, which she was extremely nervous about. Harker ends up deciding to take the job Grayson offered and goes out to celebrate with friends. While telling his buddies that he thinks Mina will get over her studies and turn to “more womanly pursuits,” she overhears and is deeply hurt. The same night, Grayson barely manages not to get caught feeding by Lady Jayne.
The synopsis for ‘Dracula’ season 1, episode 3 ‘Goblin Merchant Men’ is:
“Grayson seeks to determine whether Lady Jayne is a vampire hunter for the Order of the Dragon. Lucy mends Mina’s broken heart with absinthe, romance and a whirlwind tour of Bohemian London. Grayson’s machinations claim the life of Lord Laurent and earn him a powerful new enemy.”
