Donald Glover’s upcoming film Guava Island will premiere at Coachella this year, but you can stream the flick for free shortly after!

Chances are you’ve heard by now that Donald Glover’s upcoming movie, Guava Island, starring Rihanna, Nonso Anozie, and Letitia Wright will make its big premiere at Coachella this year. However, if you can’t be at the festivities, don’t fret, you won’t have to wait long to get your chance to see the flick.

As Deadline reports, Guava Island will be available to stream on Amazon April 13 at 12:01 am PST on Amazon. But don’t worry, even if you don’t have Amazon Prime, the movie will be available for everyone for free for a short time.

You’ll be able to stream the Stephen Glover-penned movie for free — regardless of your Prime subscription status — for 18 hours starting at 6 pm on April 13. It will also stream on Twitch starting at 5pm.

The Guava Island premiere doesn’t appear to be a US-exclusive event, either. The film is said to release in more than 200 countries and territories via Amazon.

For those at Coachella, the movie will reportedly premiere to audiences just before Glover’s performance as his hip-hop alter ego, Childish Gambino.

Guava Island is based on a story by Royalty, and was shot in four weeks in Cuba. Glover is using the film as a way to further discuss his concept of freedom, and with a beautiful setting and awesome cast, we can’t wait to check this one out. Glover released the film’s teaser on his Instagram page, which you can see below.

So get ready to travel to Guava Island on April 13 on Amazon Prime and Twitch!
