It may not surprise many fans, after plenty of one-liners alluding to the sexuality of the Doctor’s wife, but Steven Moffat recently outed River Song as bisexual on Twitter while giving an interesting tidbit about Gallifreyan equality views.

It’s certainly a fun little detail to know about the mysterious time-traveller, but perhaps even more engaging is the revelation that sexuality isn’t even discussed on Gallifrey – people are simply accepted as the same no matter who they are attracted to.
