Doctor Who has aired in the UK and the Eastern USA. BBC America has both the teaser for the remaining episodes of the current series online as well as the new title sequence.

The teaser shows the Doctor and Clara interacting in the modern day as well as in historic periods. Judging from the costumes, an ancient monastery and a WWII submarine are among the historic settings. There are clearly several shots of planets and aliens not on earth. Modern day sites include a motorcycle ride past Big Ben, and an out-of-control airplane ride.

There are several guest stars of note that pop up in the teaser. At the 0:20 mark is Dougray Scott. 0:21 mark is a brief glimpse of Warwick Davis in the upcoming Neil Gaiman penned episode that features the Cybermen. Dame Diana Rigg pops up at the 0:25 mark.

The new title sequence looks and sounds a bit like the title sequences of the classic era. In fact, the new TARDIS also looks a bit like the classic TARDIS of the 1970s.

Speaking of blasts from the past, did anyone think that Jenny looked a bit like Emma Peel when she confronted Simeon tonight?

Do you like the new title sequence? Which episode do you most want to see?
