Doctor Who is continuing with creating cinema-like movie posters for each of its upcoming episodes. Matt Smith and Jenna-Louise Coleman feature in the four new posters.

Last year, during the first half of series 7, was the first time the Doctor Who team created movie posters for each of its episodes. The final Amy Pond and Christmas special episodes each had a poster. Additionally, there were specialized title sequences, but there is no word yet if that motif will continue.

This a a bit of an “oops” really. The Radio Times seems to have released the images early and then taken them down. Judging by the official Doctor Who Twitter, the images were meant to be released tomorrow. Fortunately for us, many outlets, such as Bleeding Cool News, were able to capture the images before the gaffe was realized.

The episodes in order would be as follows:

• “The Bells of St. John,” previously described as the monsters in the wifi episode

• “The Rings of Akhaten,” previously described as the proper space station episode

• “The Cold War,” previously described as the submarine episode featuring the Ice Warriors

• “Hide,” previously described as the proper ghost story episode co-starring Dougray Scott

These episodes will be followed by:

• “Journey to the Center of the TARDIS,” the long-awaited viewing of more than the TARDIS console area

• “The Crimson Horror,” set back in the Victorian era with Vastra, Jenny, and Strax

• “The Last Cyberman,” the much awaited Neil Gaiman penned episode

• A final episode, the title of which is much speculated but unconfirmed
