Doctor Who series 8 premieres later this week, but how well do you know the show’s fifth series?
Here at Hypable, we love Doctor Who – and with Peter Capaldi’s debut as the Twelfth Doctor drawing ever closer we’re holding seven days of Tardis-centric festivities with Who Week. As part of the celebrations, we’re testing your knowledge of every series of the reboot era in the run up to the start of series 8.
The quizzes are especially designed to test just how astute a Whovian you are. So, they certainly won’t be easy. You’ll need to know every adventure of every series inside out if you want to achieve ‘The Doctor’ status on all of them.
Today, we’re quizzing you on Doctor Who series five. Airing in 2010, the so called re-re-boot was the first series to see Steven Moffat as Showrunner, Matt Smith stepping into the shoes of The Doctor, and Karen Gillan entering the TARDIS as new companion Amy Pond. The series also featured the return of series 4’s River Song, the re-imagining of the Daleks and the Silurians, and an epic finale featuring an alliance of many of the Doctor’s fiercest enemies.
