Here at Hypable, we love Doctor Who – and with Peter Capaldi’s debut as the Twelfth Doctor drawing ever closer we’re holding seven days of Tardis-centric festivities with Who Week. As part of the celebrations, we’re testing your knowledge of every series of the reboot era in the run up to the start of series 8.

Today, we’re quizzing you on Doctor Who series one. Finally airing in 2005, the glorious return of the show featured a new head writer in Queer As Folk‘s Russell T. Davies, a new companion in Billie Piper, and a brand new Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston). Met with a surprising amount of commercial and critical acclaim, the first series saw a haunted Doctor face off against new aliens, zombies, ghosts, and his old foes the Daleks.
