While the real Doctor was seen poking around New York City a few weeks ago, a puppet doppelgänger seems to be lost in the Big Apple!
The puppet is the work of animator/puppetmaker and Doctor Who fan Alisa Stern, who chronicles the mini-Doctor’s travels on this Tumblr. The blog has gone viral in the past few weeks, and the adorable little Time Lord even tried to visit Matt Smith when he was in town (unfortunately, he was too small to stand out in the large crowds).

The tiny Doctor also features in a stop-motion video where he channels his humanoid counterpart.
