Doctor Who isn’t due to return until August 2014. In the meantime, The Hillywood Show has decided to do a send up of the franchise.

For those unfamiliar, The Hillywood Show has been making parody videos for the better part of the last decade. Two sisters, Hannah and Hillary Hindi, do it all, from acting, choreography, filming, editing, you name it. Their trademark style includes attention to details like spot-on costuming and perfect mimicry coupled with dance routines.

The Hillywood Show has featured many franchises over the years, such as Pirates of the Caribbean, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Twilight, The Vampire Diaries and more. Their Breaking Dawn part 1 parody alone has 23 million views. When not filming their next project, the creators can also be found hosting various fan conventions for Creation Entertainment where they cosplay some of their iconic characters for the weekend.

Actors, directors, and entertainers whose work they parody, such as Nina Dobrev, Bill Condon, and Julie Plec, have taken notice and given their stamp of approval. Lady Gaga, who they spoofed at Halloween, tweeted, “OK THIS IS AMAZING MONSTER VIDEO, haus of gaga just peed in the bed laughing. This girl looks just like me! GAGAWEEN.”

For their Doctor Who parody, Hillywood managed realistic Daleks, the 10th Doctor’s Tardis, and not one, but three companion lookalikes to portray Martha Jones, Rose Tyler, and Donna Noble. Their big dance routine has the cat nurses, scarecrows, Weeping Angels, Oods, Santa assassins, clockwork figures, Judoon, and others.

The girls have also posted a behind the scenes/making of video and a Doctor’s Video Diary that’s similar to what David Tennant used to film for Doctor Who Confidential.

Who knows what their next parody video will bring…maybe an 11th Doctor send up?
