Legendary composer Hans Zimmer will produce the score for the book to film adaptation of Divergent.

Junkie XL (real name Tom Holkenberg) has previously scored films like 300: Rise of an Empire, Mad Max: Fury Road, and Paranoia. Zimmer and Junkie XL have worked together on projects led by Zimmer including Man of Steel, The Dark Knight Rises, Madagascar series, Shark Tale and Megamind.

Zimmer is the latest big name to be attached to project based on the dystopian novel by Veronica Roth. Shailene Woodley and Kate Winslet star as Tris and Jeanine Matthews and are lending their A-list names to help bring the project to a mass audience. Supporting roles are led by Tony Goldwyn, Ansel Elgort, and Miles Teller. Theo James stars as Tris’ love interest Four.

Divergent opens in theaters March 20, 2014, and this morning we were treated to a big theatrical trailer for the film. In it we see several scenes including Tris realizing she’s in control of the simulation, Four throwing knives as Tris, and Jeanine warning about the dangers of being Divergent. “What makes you different makes you dangerous,” warns the film’s tagline. You’ll see the trailer in theaters with Catching Fire next weekend.
