Divergent book 3, Allegiant, has a release date, a title, but not a cover.
When Divergent book 3’s title was announced earlier this month, the publisher offered fans the title art and asked that readers create their own versions of the cover while we wait for the real one’s May debut.
We scoured Tumblr to find the best Allegiant book covers made by fans. A common theme in many of the covers is the use of the Abnegation faction’s symbol. Abnegnation was Tris’ faction when we first met her before switching to Dauntless.
Divergent book 3, Allegiant, will be released October 22, 2013. As mentioned above, Allegiant’s official cover should be released in May. We believe it will be released in roughly two weeks from now (roughly a month after the title was unveiled).
Allegiant is the third and final book in Veronica Roth’s Divergent trilogy. The first book is currently being turned into a movie. The film stars Shailene Woodley as Tris and Theo James as Four. Which of these Divergent book 3 Allegiant covers is your favorite? We’re eager to see how close fans got to the real thing! Given the book’s title was such a surprise (“It didn’t end in -ent!”), we wouldn’t be shocked if the cover is as big a departure from the previous two books.
