HarperCollins’ imprint Katherine Tegen revealed this morning that Veronica Roth’s Allegiant is now complete and ready to hit the printers.

“The final pass of the galleys for ALLEGIANT. The files will go to the printer today, so you’ll have the book on 10/22/13,” Tegen’s official Tumblr wrote along with the following photo of the completed manuscript:

Allegiant is the third and final book in Roth’s Divergent trilogy, which launched its titular book in 2011 and the sequel, Insurgent, in 2012. Awareness and hype surrounding the release of the third book has been growing as the book gains an audience of dystopian lovers.

There’s no word yet on how large of an initial print run Allegiant will have, but with books one and two topping best seller charts in recent weeks, we’re sure it’ll an impressive number.

The movie adaptation of Divergent is about to wrap filming in Chicago and has been helping awareness of the series increase.

Not ready to say goodbye to her Divergent world yet, Roth announced in June that she’s writing four short stories that follow the life of Four. Each one will be released several weeks in between one another before being published all together in one physical copy in 2014. Her original Four short story Free Four will be included in the compilation book.

Allegiant hits book stores shelves October 22. Be sure to read our interview with Roth where we speak about Allegiant and what fans can expect in the final installment.
