DC Universe had a big presence at this year’s WonderCon Anaheim, and they made some exciting announcements.

DC’s streaming platform, DC Universe, is expanding its content to include some highly anticipated titles like Harley Quinn, Swamp Thing, and Stargirl.

EW is reporting that at WonderCon Anaheim 2019, DC announced that their Swamp Thing series will premiere on the service on May 31. The series will follow Crystal Reed as Abby Arcane, who discovers something strange in a Louisiana swamp while she’s investigating what she thinks is a virus. Swamp Thing will also star Andy Bean and Derek Mears. James Wan, who directed the DCEU’s Aquaman, will serve as an executive producer.

Kaley Cuoco’s animated Harley Quinn series will premiere in fall 2019, following the season 2 premiere of Titans.

EW also shared this first look photo of DC Universe’s Stargirl, starring Brec Bassinger, below!

Stargirl will follow Courtney (Bassinger) who discovers that her stepfather, played by Luke Wilson, is a former sidekick of Starman, who’ll be played by Joel McHale. When Courtney gets the Cosmic Staff (pictured above) and becomes Stargirl, she inspires a whole new generation of heroes. Greg Berlanti will serve as an executive producer on the series, which will premiere in early 2020.

DC Universe also announced that they will be expanding the library of comics available on the platform in April. By a lot! Now, DC Universe subscribers will be able to read any comic released at least one year before that date.
