Next week ABC will air a new David Blaine special in which he pulls tricks on celebrities. In a first look, Blaine works his magic on Breaking Bad‘s Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul.

In the scene, Cranston is asked to sign a $100 bill and then Paul shuffles a deck of cards. Blaine is able to make the numbers printed into the $100 bill appear in order on the cards that Paul just shuffled.

(We wonder who at ABC could pull some strings to get Cranston and Paul to agree to do this together.)

The two Breaking Bad stars are understandably in awe of the trick. A woman off camera – maybe Paul’s girlfriend – is stunned by the work and notes how nobody was “in” on this like you usually think when watching these types of things on television.

In David Blane: Real or Magic, the legendary magician impresses many celebrities over the course of the television special airing November 19 on ABC. “David Blaine’s signature brand of street magic mystifies the most recognizable celebrities in the world, including Jamie Foxx, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Ricky Gervais, Katy Perry, Woody Allen, and Robert DeNiro, to name a few,” says ABC in the show’s synopsis. “He goes into the homes of Kanye West and Harrison Ford, Will Smith and Olivia Wilde. He visits Stephen Hawking at his office in Cambridge University. Blaine also travels the world, astonishing people from all walks of life with never-before seen, inconceivable magic.”

Whether or not you believe the magic tricks are “real” or if the celebrities are actually getting fooled (it seems to us like they are), the special looks like a fun night of TV.
