David Beckham stars in a hilarious underwear ad spoof video on The Late Late Show With James Corden.

We can all agree that James Corden’s first week as host of the Late Late Show was a big success.

With him revealing Mila Kunis’ marital status, getting Mariah Carey to do karaoke of her own songs, casting Chris Pine in The Young and the Restless and perfectly summing up Tom Hanks’ career, we were left wondering if he would be able to top in in week two.

And well, if this video is anything to go by, Corden’s second week will be even better:

James Corden has never been shy about his physique, and clearly doesn’t feel threatened standing next to David Beckham’s scantily clad body (and let’s face it, we’d all feel threatened by those abs!).

And they’re not afraid to go deep. “Is there a reason for life? Is there a meaning to my days?” Clearly, underwear is the answer.

The hilarious spoof perfectly sums up traditional male model ads; it’s all black and white, shadows, slow movements and smouldering stares. In fact, Beckham and Corden’s video strongly reminded us of Justin Bieber’s recent modelling stint for Calvin Klein, and Kate McKinnon’s SNL parody:

David Beckham appears on Corden’s show with Claire Danes and Bob Odenkirk; the episode airs Monday night at 12:35 p.m. on CBS.
