Daniel Craig has now signed on to do two more James Bond films according to reports.

With the latest Bond film Skyfall hitting theaters November 9, Daniel Craig looks to be quite a busy Bond over the next few years. MI6 has confirmed that Craig has now signed on for two more Bond films with EON Productions. The next two bond films will be the 24th and 25th films in the Bond series.

Sony Pictures is set to continue their relationship with Craig, who began with the highly popular Casino Royale. There have been hints that the studio is looking at a two-year cycle for 007’s films, which would put the 24th Bond film at the later end of 2014.

This seems fairly ambitious, considering Craig recently stated that he wasn’t willing to take on anymore work until his promotional duties were complete for the next Bond film Skyfall. He would be locked up for the next three to four years if the supposed two year Bond schedule were to be set in stone.

Daniel Craig would be the third longest serving James Bond actor in terms of films, but he has already given six years to the role in just over three movies – which is longer than Sean Connery was on for five films as Bond. Although, Connery did go on to star in seven bond films, ending his run in 1983 with Never Say Never Again.

You can see Daniel Craig as James Bond in his next film Skyfall, which hits theaters October 26 in the UK and November 9 in the US.
