Harry Potter alum Dan Radcliffe made his first appearance at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, and celebrated by dressing up as Spider-Man.

The actor posted a photo of himself donning the suit of the web-slinging hero on Google+ this afternoon. He included the hashtag “#SpideRadcliffe.”

In an interview with MTV today, Radcliffe says that he was only wearing the costume so that he could walk the convention floor without being noticed. Since it was his first time, he wanted to enjoy the complete Comic-Con experience. He took photos with people who were impressed by his costume. See the interview:
