The CW announced its midseason schedule on Thursday. In it we learn that Beauty and the Beast is going on hiatus while two new shows have set premiere dates.

The struggling Beauty and the Beast and Go On will finish airing new episodes in mid-March, but will not return until a to-be-announced time, suggesting that the shows are close to a cancelation.

Meanwhile, Star-Crossed – “the futuristic story of an alien/human romance” – will premiere Monday, February 17 at 8 p.m. eastern/pacific.

A month later another new show The 100 in which “the human race returns to planet Earth” makes its debut on March 19.

Beginning March 17, The Tomorrow People will move to Mondays at 9 p.m. eastern. Hart of Dixie will shift to Fridays at 9 p.m. eastern beginning March 21.

Finally, new episodes of Whose Line Is It Anyway? are set to begin airing on March 21. Back-to-back shows will air the first week, then the following weeks will air one new episode and one encore between 8 and 9 p.m. eastern.
