The Lost Codex is the fourth book in The Collectors’ Society series by Heather Lyons. Featuring a grown up Alice from Wonderland, The Collectors’ Society series isn’t just a retelling it’s a uniquely crafted story that will leave you wanting more.

After years in Wonderland, Alice has returned to England as an adult, desperate to reclaim sanity and control over her life. An enigmatic gentleman with an intriguing job offer too tempting to resist changes her plans for a calm existence, though. Soon, she’s whisked to New York and initiated into the Collectors’ Society, a secret organization whose members confirm that famous stories are anything but straightforward and that what she knows about the world is only a fraction of the truth.

The Collectors’ Society series combines characters from the classics we know and love with time travel and alternate universes. This series is wholly unique as it takes readers on an adventure through beautifully crafted worlds and a plot that keeps readers on their toes.

The cover is absolutely gorgeous and like several of the other covers has Alice looking into the world. There are also elements of the library and a clock present as well. This dovetails with elements that are consistently found in the novels pulling everything together beautifully.

The Lost Codex will be released on July 19, 2016.
