The final Constantine episode of 2014 airs tonight, and it promises to leave us clamouring for more when its “Epic Winter Cliffhanger” hits our screens.

Previously on ‘Constantine’…

Last week on Constantine, Zed joined back up with John as they set off to investigate the claims of a preacher being able to perform miracles. Upon arriving at his church, they discover that the preacher has come into possession of an angel’s feather — which means bad news. When one of the men he healed transforms into a ghoul and goes on a murderous rampage, they know they have to return the feather to the angel and fast.

But all was not as it seemed. The angel in question, Imogen, reveals her true colors when the feather is back in her possession. She’d fallen after killing a mortal. In order to put a stop to her, Manny takes over Zed’s body and rips Imogen’s heart out. Ouch. The episode ended with a man from Zed’s past seemingly closing in on her. You can read our full recap here.

Tonight when Constantine airs at 10 p.m. on NBC, we will see another member of the Newcastle Crew introduced, though Zed doesn’t seem to be joining John on this adventure — instead, she’s making good on that promise of a date with Eddie. Run, Zed. Run!
