The promotional material for Constantine episode 3 has arrived, and it shows that Papa Midnite will be making his grand entrance on “The Devil’s Vinyl.”
When the Coblynau ordered up some extra-crispy miner to go last week, Constantine travelled to a small Welsh town in Pennsylvania to investigate a spate of unusual deaths in the area. Whilst there he ran into — quite literally — a woman who has been sketching his likeness for months. Zed Martin brought out the con in Constantine throughout the episode, as they continuously managed to butt heads over every little thing.
Eventually, they teamed up to stop the Romani woman who had summoned the Coblynau to exact gruesome revenge on the owners of the mine — with Zed deciding to stick with John until they figure out exactly why she’s been drawing him. This week will see another Hellblazer alum on our screens, as the sometime-ally and (more often than not) antagonist to John Constantine, Papa Midnite shows up.

The promotional stills for episode two show Constantine and Zed working together — and Papa Midnite isn’t far from the action. Though it looks as though he may be saving Constantine, if those final few stills are to be believed.
