Community has cast Martin Mull and Lesley Ann Warren as Britta Perry’s parents. If Britta’s the worst, what does that make her folks?

So far on Community, we’ve met Jeff’s absent father and Abed’s overbearing one. Now it’s time to meet the monsters who spawned the AT&T of people: Britta Perry’s parents.

EW revealed that the show has cast Martin Mull and Lesley Ann Warren as George and Deb Perry to appear in the second episode of the season (the same episode to be directed by Jim Rash and Nat Faxon).

Both Mull and Warren have a wealth of famous film and television roles. Warren was nominated for an Oscar for her role in Victor Victoria and has appeared on TV shows such as Mission: Impossible, Will & Grace, Desperate Housewives and most recently, USA Network’s In Plain Sight.

Mull is Gene Parmesean, private detective. As if that weren’t enough, Mull has also appeared in Roseanne, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and most recently, FOX’s now-cancelled Dads.

As EW points out: Mull and Warren both appeared in the 1985 film Clue, leading them to speculate that episode two could be an elaborate Clue homage, which while unlikely would also admittedly not even crack the top ten of weirdest things Community has done.

Community season 6 will debut in winter of 2015 on Yahoo Screen but there is still no official start date.
