Christina Aguilera, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel and more have signed on to perform at a concert to benefit Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Jon Bon Jovi and Sting will also perform during the one-hour telethon dubbed Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together. The event, benefiting the Red Cross, is set to air Friday, Nov. 2 at 8 p.m. ET on the networks of NBC, including Bravo, E!, USA, Syfy, MSNBC, CNBC and G4. Other networks that wish to broadcast will also be allowed to do so, an NBC spokesperson told the New York Times.

Comedian Jimmy Fallon and New Jersey native anchor Brian Williams will also make appearances during the telethon hosted by Today‘s Matt Lauer from New York’s Rockefeller Center.

The full extent of damage and casualties caused by Hurricane Sandy are unknown, but at least 76 people died in the United States during the storm, bringing the overall death toll from the storm’s path (from Caribbean up to Canada) to 145, CNN reports. The Associated Press is reporting that the cost of damages and lost business caused by the storm could reach $60 billion, according to IHS Global Insight forecasting firm.
