“How am I supposed to decide this?” ponders Chloe Grace Moretz in the latest trailer for If I Stay, which beautifully incorporates the actual prologue from the Gayle Forman book the film is based off of.
Moretz plays high school student Mia Hall in the upcoming drama mystery — a teen who suddenly finds life as she knows it completely turned upside down when a carefree family car ride leads to a crash that leaves her stuck in a coma.
Unable to wake, Mia suddenly finds herself in a limbo between life and death. As she observes her loved ones from afar, Mia soon realizes that she is the only one who can decide whether she wants to wake up or not. It soon becomes clear to the teen that the result of whatever she decides to do is bound to change her life forever.
