Hazel Grace and Agustus Waters run around Amsterdam in Charli XCX’s cute new music video for “Boom Clap”– the song the British singer contributed to The Fault in Our Stars soundtrack. Watch the music video for the bubbly love song below!

The music video, which premiered Monday, June 2 on MTV.com, features a few familiar clips from the upcoming movie along with a bit of newer looking footage of Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort as Hazel and Agustus looking very much in love.

While the track, which effectively captures the giddy feeling of falling in love, seems to fit the film well, Charli XCX revealed in a recent interview with EW.com that the song was actually written before she was asked to contribute it to The Fault in Our Stars soundtrack. Despite the fact that the track was not directly inspired by author John Green’s story, the singer went on to say that after having seen the song in the film itself, she thinks it fits rather well. “I’ve seen the film, and I’ve seen the scene where they played my song in it and I cried and it was very emotional. I like it. I love the whole film.” Charli XCX told EW.

The synth-pop singer’s upbeat song was among the first tracks announced for The Fault in Our Stars soundtrack (released on May 19) alongside indie singer Birdy’s “Not About Angels.”

The Fault in Our Stars hits theaters this Friday, June 6.
