Briefly: Back in February, we reported that North Carolina reporter Russ Bowen had learned Catching Fire would film in September. Now Bowen has learned locations for filming, and North Carolina won’t be the only location!

Bowen tweeted the following:

Four major sources have confirmed #catchingfire will shoot in NC and Hawaii #hungergames

These locations make sense, as the Games themselves which are prominently featured in Catching Fire have a tropical climate. Thoughts? Let us know in the comments!
