A new photo from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has surfaced in the latest issue of Empire Magazine depicting Effie and Peeta.

The two characters, played by Elizabeth Banks and Josh Hutcherson respectively, appear to be at President Snow’s party. If we were to speculate, we would guess this is the scene where Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) is dancing with Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman).

We know this is at Snow’s party because Effie is wearing the same dress seen in the trailer where she says to Katniss and Peeta, “Chins up, smiles on.”

We’ll be sure to share the photo in high res once Lionsgate releases it. That way we can appreciate Effie’s dress to the fullest extent!

Speaking of Effie and fashion, The Hunger Games‘ official Instagram has been teasing the imminent return of their Tumblr fashion magazine Capitol Couture. Expect to see lots of Capitol fashion within, offering first looks at what we’ll find in the Catching Fire movie.

Earlier this month CoverGirl announced that they teamed up with The Hunger Games to create a Capitol make up line which will debut later this year.
