Castle is going on a mini-break before it finishes its seventh season on April 20th. We have the episodes to keep you busy until then!

When Castle returns, we will only have two episodes left in the season. It’s gone by so fast! We list the best episodes of the season below so you can do a quick binge before the sure-to-be epic finale. Check it out!

“Driven” and “Montreal”: The first two episodes of the season are nail-biters as we wait to find out what happened to Rick when he was on his way to his wedding. We now know he was missing for three months, but there are still so many questions that need to be answered. Hopefully we get some of those before the finale.

“Child’s Play”: Who doesn’t want to see Castle take on a room of young adolescents? This episode was hilarious and provided us with the image of Rick in a tiara and a wand. Also the clip below:

“Once Upon a Time in the West”: While the previous episode featured the long-awaited wedding of Castle and Beckett, the following episode found our duo on their honeymoon. On a themed ranch. Pretty much Castle’s dream, until it wasn’t. But who could forget that final kiss? Not us!

“Last Action Hero”: What is better than meeting your favorite action stars? Getting to help solve and avenge one of their murders, all while getting to be a part of the old team! This episode was classic Castle and definitely deserves a second watch.

“Castle, PI”: When Castle got kicked off the team because of his ties to the mob, everyone was worried how he would handle it. Have no fear, he handled it by getting his very own private investigator’s license! This episode brought back the fun of the early seasons of Castle. While this plot device could have been overdone, it was used briefly but thoroughly so that it made it’s point clear: Castle is an asset to the team.

“Resurrection” and “Reckoning”: This two episode saga was years in the making for the most ardent of Castle fans, and it did not disappoint. The return of Jerry Tyson, the notorious 3XK killer, and his sociopathic girlfriend, Dr. Kelly Neiman, find Castle potentially losing Kate when they kidnap her. Luckily, Castle outwits them both, as does Kate, and they both end up six feet under.

“Habeas Corpse”: The most recent episode was one of our favorites, combining a good mystery with excellent character story lines! The show always shines when the interpersonal relationships of Kate, Castle, Ryan, and Esposito are brought to the forefront of the show. Who doesn’t love when they get competitive? Nobody loses when we get a “classic Espo and Ryan” moment out of it, that’s for sure!
