Castle season 6, episode 16 titled “Room 147” will be airing tonight on ABC, and it looks like this time around Castle and Beckett have no shortage of killers when several people confess to one murder.

In the 16th episode of the sixth season, Castle and Beckett have to figure out who really committed a murder when several people show up to the station to confess to the same crime. The synopsis reads:

When a guilt-ridden young woman confesses to the murder of a struggling actor — knowing details only the killer could know — Beckett and Castle seem to have an open-and-shut case, until they uncover proof that their suspect couldn’t possibly be the killer. When a second person confesses, equally convinced they committed the murder, the team realizes the case is far more mysterious than they thought, on “Castle.”

ABC also revealed one clip from the episode.

In the clip, Castle and Beckett go to the crime scene of a man who’s been shot and are told by the hotel worker that the victim was texting someone. Skip ahead to the interrogation room, where the woman who was texting the victim confesses to murdering him in under 15 seconds. Castle is bored by this, since there’s no intrigue or mystery, and it looks like a classic case of jealous girlfriend. But then Esposito walks in and explains that the woman couldn’t have possibly killed their victim, because she was with someone else at a different location during the entire time frame in which the murder happened. Dun dun dunnnnnn.
