A: That was the scene where Magnus kissed him! That was the payback. That’s why Magnus says ‘he did me a favor he doesn’t remember.”
Q: Why was Starkweather so interested in Tessa?
A: Why indeed? Maybe she reminded him of someone.
Q: Was it as heartbreaking for you to write the end of Clockwork Prince as it was for all of us Will fans to read it?
A: Yeah, that was the only scene that ever made me cry . . . Tessa turning Will down.
