‘Brooklyn Nine Nine’ — All Aboard Jake and Amy
Passengers: Jake Peralta and Amy Santiago
Sunset Cruise: After their kiss in the finale, we all suspected there was more to come for Jake and Amy. That came to fruition in the season 3 premiere where they went out on a date, had sex, and then made out in the evidence locker, which may or may not have caused an actual death (it totally did).
Ship Status: We love this one finally chugging around the harbor. By the way, there is a special screening of a certain tape, in the honeymoon suite. Adults only.
‘Once Upon a Time’ — All Aboard CaptainSwan
Passengers: Emma Swan and Killian Jones
Sunset Cruise: Week one and already trouble lurks on the horizon for Emma and Hook. As the Darkness takes and consumes Emma, Hook becomes a bit radical in his actions to save her. But will they result in her complete transformation into the Dark One?
Ship Status:Nothing is going to stop this ship. Hook is calling in all adjacent vessels for help: Snowing, OutlawQueen, and single-man craft like Henry. He is prepared for all out war to save this ship.
‘Gotham’ — All Aboard Edward and Kristen
Passengers: Edward Nygma and Kristen Kringle
Sunset Cruise: When the Maniax take over the GCPD, Nygma risks his life and pushes Kristen out of the line of gunfire. He ends up getting wounded in the arm, and Kristen couldn’t have been more thankful.
Ship Status: So we’re going yay!!! Shipper joy, break out the champagne and launch! And then we’re going, ummmm, bring on the straight jackets, back to port! Too bad Kristen’s only realizing Edward’s worth now while he’s slowly losing his mind to a split personality. We’re going to need a whole batch of life preservers, folks.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ — All aboard Japril
Passengers: Jackson Avery and April Kepner
Sunset Cruise: Is this relationship going to end this season? Not if April has anything to say about it. (And boy does she have a lot to say.) Her major problem from last season, and one that carries over into this season, is that she refuses to hear what Jackson has to say. Sure, she wants to fight to save their marriage, but is it worth fighting for?
Ship Status: This ship has more dings, dents, bumps, and a couple of outright holes. On the other hand, the co-captains seem to keep repairing the damage, even if they are oddly breaking the ship at the same time.
