In Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the friendship between Steve and Bucky took center stage.
The climax of the new Captain America finds the two characters, who fought in World War II together, battling one another after the latter was programmed to kill his old friend.
Unsurprisingly, Tumblr read deeply into the relationship between Steve and Bucky and turned it into something more romantic. Whether it’s true or not (it’s probably not), their work is worth sharing.
