The Avengers: Age of Ultron is nearing its U.S. release date on May 1, but Scarlet Witch actress Elizabeth Olsen has confirmed that she’ll be in Captain America: Civil War, and revealed when she begins filming.

During a London Q&A for The Avengers: Age of Ultron, actress Elizabeth Olsen revealed that she will be playing Scarlet Witch again in Captain America: Civil War. Marvel President Kevin Feige had let it slip that she would have a role of sorts in the Captain America sequel, but it seems she may have a larger role than we first thought.

The actress revealed that she will start filming on Captain America: Civil War in two weeks, which is a bit later than the original start date that we reported on back in late March. Obviously, Chris Evans and RDJ are also too busy to be filming anything for Civil War, so maybe the start date is actually in two weeks, when Olsen will return as Scarlet Witch.

It’s unclear how big of a role she’ll have in Civil War, but Kevin Feige recently said, “Finally Joss was like, ‘Let’s use those plates to let Scarlet Witch fly into frame, give her a big entrance?’ And that makes sense — she’s come to their side (Avengers) and she deserves the cool introduction, which will feed into another movie we start shooting in a few weeks.”

We know that she has a decent-sized role in Age of Ultron, albeit smaller than the rest of the characters, so we’re not quite sure why he thinks they would need to reintroduce her to audiences for Civil War, but it may be that because Joss Whedon is leaving the characters behind, and the Russo brothers are picking them back up, they may want to just reinforce her role for future appearances.

We’re glad to finally find out that Captain America: Civil War will start filming in two weeks, which would put it just around May 6, a month after the previously reported start date. We look forward to finding out more about who will be in the Captain America sequel, and more importantly, if Spider-Man will make an appearance in the film now that he’s back with the team.

Captain America: Civil War will hit theaters May 6, 2016, just over a year after Avengers: Age of Ultron is released.
