Activision is putting their accountants on overtime as the next entry in the cash printing Call of Duty series releases this week.

There is not much competition this week as publishers rush to get out of the giant’s way, but Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is a solid pick up. The series gets a lot of hate but it’s good to remember it got so popular for a reason.

Developer Treyarch seems to have done some interesting things to change up the campaign this time around, with a time-jumping story and even allowing for some player choice. Throw in the always solid competitive mulitplayer and popular zombie co-op mode and Black Ops 2 seems to be another entry you will be able to sink hundreds of hours into.

If you’ve been waiting, the Wii U, alongside a whole host of launch content, is hitting shelves on Sunday. We’ll have a rundown of all the games releasing in next week’s post.
