BTS is getting ready for their 2020 comeback with a brand new album! Here are all the BTS BE and “Life Goes On” release dates, teaser photos, music videos, and more!

BTS ‘BE’ release date & 2020 comeback dates:

• 11/20 – BTS BE (Deluxe Edition) will be released on November 20th
• 11/20 – BTS “Life Goes On” music video will be released
• 11/22 – BTS will perform “Life Goes On” at the 2020 American Music Awards on November 22nd

BTS ‘BE’ release date information:

On September 27, Big Hit made the announcement that BTS’ new album was officially going to be released in November! The album, titled BE (Deluxe Edition) will be available worldwide at midnight EST on November 20, 2020.

BE (Deluxe Edition) is described as an album with the message that, “even in the face of this new normality, our life goes on.” The members have been heavily involved in the creation of the album, even more than normal, and hope that the album will bring some healing to the world during a difficult time.

Not only did the BTS members participate in the creation of their music for the album, but they’ve also been involved in the overall concept, composition, design, and other areas of production.

BE (Deluxe Edition) is said to “reflect the thoughts, emotions and deepest ruminations” of the group as they worked on the album. They also teased that the album, “offers an even richer musical spectrum experience as well as the most ‘BTS-ish’ music yet.”

The full tracklist for BTS BE 2020 comeback is listed below:

The lead single will be “Life Goes On.” A press release detailed, “The new album delivers a message of healing to the world by declaring, ‘Even in the face of this new normality, our life goes on’. BE (Deluxe Edition) reflects the thoughts, emotions and deepest ruminations of BTS, who have been actively involved in all aspects of the creative process for this record.”

BTS will perform their comeback stage for BE and “Life Goes On” at the 2020 American Music Awards on November 22, 2020.

BTS ‘BE’ concept photos:

The first concept phots for BTS BE (Deluxe Edition) were released on October 19! The concept photo featured many musical instruments and the members half dressed up – half dressed down.

On October 31, the group release concept clips — a “Reflection ver.” and a “Mirror ver.” which showed the members silently taking turns looking in a mirror at themselves.

On November 1st, V’s (Kim Taehyung) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 2nd, Jimin’s (Park Jimin) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 3rd, RM’s (Kim Namjoon) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 4th, Jungkook’s (Jeon Jungkook) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 5th, Jin’s (Kim Seokjin) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 6th, Suga’s (Min Yoongi) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 7th, J-Hope’s (Jung Hoseok) solo BTS BE concept photos were released.

On November 8th, BTS released a concept clip – room version.

BTS ‘BE (Deluxe Edition)’ pre-order:

BTS BE (Deluxe Edition) is available for pre-order now through November 19, 2020. However, Big Hit posted a notice on Weverse that pre-orders may end early due to inventory circumstances. The album is limited offer, first-run only.

BTS ‘BE’ 2020 comeback behind-the-scenes making videos:

During the process of creating BE (Deluxe Edition), BTS has released videos and lives of them having meetings and working on various parts of the album.

Namjoon (RM) didn’t have too much to share in the first live video. He just wanted to let fans know that they had started to discuss the new album and that they decided to share some of the process with fans in videos.

Jimin did a solo live video where he revealed that he was the music project manager for the new album. This entailed making sure that their thoughts on the album’s music were organized so that they can share them with the company. He also talked about how they had already started to talk about the music on the album and what songs to include.

Namjoon (RM), Hoseok (J-Hope), and Taehyung (V), streamed together during a meeting to discuss the visuals of the album. Taehyung was in charge of the visuals for the album but because Namjoon and Hoseok love fashion he decided to ask for their help as well.

All of the members came together for a meeting to discuss the new album and the concept that they want to convey. They talked about wanting to show how “Life goes on” with their new music.

During a live where he showed off his hobby of playing piano, Jin discussed the new album a bit and his role. He decided to team up with Yoongi (Suga) to work on the design of the album.

Hoseok (J-Hope) did a live from his studio while he worked on some music for the new album, though he didn’t give many details!

Taehyung (V) gave an update on where the members were at with the album and what they had to do next.

Jimin did another live to give an update on the music of the album and the songs they’d been working on so far. As well as revealing that he’d been working on a few songs himself for the album. He also talked about Bang Bang Con a bit.

Namjoon (RM) and Hoseok (J-Hope) came together to test out different cameras that could be used to shoot their concept photos with for the album. They tested them out with a knowledgable staff member and then came to the decision on which they liked best.

All of the members had a meeting to discuss shooting the music video for the album and various options that they had while dealing with the restrictions of the current pandemic.

Jungkook and Taehyung (V) had another meeting with staff about recording the music video to relay all of their ideas and begin to come up with a schedule to actually shoot them.

Namjoon (RM) shared an update on the album as well as his thoughts after releasing “Dynamite.”

Hoseok (J-Hope) also shared an update on their preparations for the online concert in October as well as the music they were including on the new album.
