The first trailer for Girlboss, Netflix’s 13-episode comedy starring Britt Robertson, gives us definite The Devil Wears Prada-vibes.

Loosely based on the story of Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso, Girlboss was adapted by Pitch Perfect‘s Kay Cannon and stars Tomorrowland‘s Britt Robertson.

In the first trailer we get glimpses of Amoruso’s rise to success, from selling vintage clothes on eBay to creating a fashion empire:

Girlboss will initially run for 13-episode, half-hour episodes and is being promoted as a comedy even if the tone does seem downright, well, nasty at times.

Whatever you say about the trailer though, you can’t deny: that is one cool jacket.
